Missing the bigger picture!

Structural supports of Langley WA “The DOG HOUSE” Should be observed before granting further actions of land debate or acquisition of said property to allow for substantial re enforced building supports to be addressed by City officials.  Given the real time decay and interest involved it would behoove you as a group to come together and devise a plan that addresses water management that is diverted from the structure and all buildings that face our historic North Break Wall park . The hillside stabilization that currently  is in dire need of attention first in this matter…The bickering or said dispute over who get’s what is just a mere drop in the bucket of this situation for all dependent structures that are  con-joined into the Dog House along the hillside facing the north park just below it.  Would you take time to address a water collection system and properly designed public access point…versus wasting time squabbling about…How things could progress…It would be wise to prop up the building in hopes all structures will not come crashing down into the Park area below it before said agreement is actually reached…Time is of the essence and should be factored into your debate..otherwise mother nature will wash all said structures down the hill in one big collapse that is destined to happen if no one can come to a reasonable agreement about this property.Put aside your differences and come together to solve rather than one upsmanship on the topic of who gets what?  Squabbling over the Bone of contention is not solving the problem..Being proactive and stabilizing the hill side from further erosion is paramount of looking out for public safety…The structure is in bad need of renovations and it would be wise to install water collection barrels/ tanks to safely secure further soil erosion from happening..If you do not the structure will collapse down the hillside and be a even bigger mess than it currently is.
